Are we shooting better so far this season? The few games I have seen, it would seem so.
We are 51st at 75%.

Ah, thats good its a little better than last year’s at 72.5%
Tulsa’s was low 70s last year, and high 60s the year before, so I don’t think he necessarily inherited a good FT shooting team to begin with.
To me, FT is on the players more than anyone else. Thats basic stuff.

Somewhat surprising but then again not really when considering that for some programs the objective is to excel and especially to always beat your biggest rival. Once again as has been the case so many times before it points a finger at Tech’s acceptance of mediocrity spiraling downwards.
I think there was some weird drama there last year as well with a meddling AD, right? Assistant got fired and unfired or something?
I'm not sure it was a great working relationship (even if he hadn't had a couple of down years).
Prayers for Mike Leach and his family. As I am sure most have heard it doesn’t look very promising. Hoping for a miracle.
Yeah it seems like coach and AD did not get along.

Mike Leach has passed away at 61. Good coach, great interview. RIP Pirate.
What a shame. Tough for his team, I'm sure.
That coaching tree is fantastic (including 2 of our last 3 head coaches).
Changed the game. His influence is all over at every level. Didn’t take himself or the game too seriously. He belongs in the HOF.
Leach is an all time great.
I saw somewhere that he is 2 wins shy of qualifying for the HoF. If so I imagine it is waived under the circumstances
