Can someone, smarter than me, please explain what Trump hopes to accomplish with the tariffs on Canada? Hitting Mexico and China I understand, but the one on Canada leaves me perplexed.

Canada is a failed state with an government that is the enemy of its own people that has imported millions of unassimilable migrants and has done nothing to stem the flow of fent across their US border. Canadian companies are now discussing moving manufacturing to the US. By vacuuming up the dregs of the third world, Canada has become a massive security liability.

CAD and the Peso have both significantly weakened vs the dollar since the tariffs were announced. Because we hold all the cards here and have a much stronger economy, the tariffs will hurt them vastly more than us, and they will come to the negotiating table, hat in hand. Moreover, it will hopefully encourage a resistance to Canada's tyrannical regime. We often joke about Canada but they used to be a strong and proud nation. Sad to see what they've become.

I admit I wasn't the biggest fan of tariffs but if Trump's truly putting America first here then I am going to trust the plan.

Mexico has come to the table and looks like they will avoid the tariffs provided President Bimbo follows through with her promised deployment of Mexican troops to the border. Trump is scheduled to have a phone conversation with the lefty moron Trudeau later today. We shall see.

Trump is da man! Of course, China has announced retaliatory tariffs on American goods going there, but that is a very small price to pay in the bigger picture. Glad we were able to come up with an agreement with Mexico and Canada. That was Trump's intention all along. "The Art of the Deal" baby!

Now Trump and his new DOJ need to absolutely hammer! all these anti-American chitheads out there. And thanks to the legacy of obummer and Biden and all their appointments that is a target-rich environment. Need to nail those azzholes in the USAID Agency! What pricks! No mercy.

The Trump administration is allowing another shipment of US military aid (ammo, supplies, weapons) promised by Biden to go to Ukraine. They could have stopped this, but Trump has his eye on a much bigger prize: R E M 's

Yep, Trump is going to tie further US military aid to Ukraine in exchange for US access to Ukraine's supply of REM's, Rare Earth Metals, absolutely critical to technology, electronics, AI, etc. Brilliant business move by Trump! And President Z has already acknowledged his total agreement to that deal. Well done.

Biden leads the way with $92 million, but also on the list were some GOPers including Mitch McConnel and One-eyed Crenshaw. But most of the list are democraps, of course. Senator Pocahontas Lizzy Warren, Schumer, Pelosi, etc. the usual suspects.

So apparently there have been some leaks on the ICE raids that have been taking place all across the country. Now that Pam Bondi is at DOJ, they did a little digging and it appears that someone in FBI has been leaking out the information to local communities before they take place. Tom Holman said that the person who has been leaking the information will be fired, lose their government pension, and will spend time in jail. Imagine losing your livelyhood and your retirement for some illegal immigrant criminals. I hope the agent thought it was worth it.

Trump can be stupid sometimes. He actually said, "Ukraine never should have STARTED a war it could never win."

I think Trump is displaying signs of dementia. He is 78, ya know. On February 24, 2022, Putin invaded Ukraine. He was NOT provoked. He had (has) no reason(s) to occupy Ukraine. It is all part of his evil desire of world domination, starting with eastern Europe.

I suppose it needs to be revisited, since it has been 3 years. Putin, and his thugs in his inner circle, have stated AND HAVE PUT IN WRITING, their plans to invade and annex eastern Europe. Putin has said on numerous occasions, he wants Poland next. On top of that, Putin has said he has plans to execute President Z, his family, all Ukrainian high officials, and their combined families...including children. Putin is an effing lunatic! He needs to be put down like a rabid dog.

Belarus also participated in the initial invasion, with a promise from Putin they would be granted some of Ukraine. Belarus backed out when things turned sour for the Russians, repelled outside of Kyiv, and then quickly driven completely out of Kharkiv. Ya know...whatever you may think of President Z and Ukraine, you have to agree Putin needs to be stopped. Let's arm Ukraine and let them do the dirty work. This is not too different than what we did with the Kurds. We armed them, trained them, supported them with airpower, but it was the Kurds who did all the heavy lifting in the ground combat in Iraq and Syria. Ukraine is willing...and they have little choice...to fight Russia, but they need support from NATO (including the US).

But, back to Trump...holy chit! He actually says Ukraine "started" this war. He is nuts.
