Great pitching today! Also some clutch hitting.

I enjoyed listening to Kramer while doing some chores. Much more relaxing than listening to the over achievers last night…for FIVE hours.

It was a very rare complete game by the Dawgs with solid pitching, some good defense and a well rounded offense. My only issue is with the shift defense that gave up two normally easy ground outs that Ballard would’ve made if he’d been where a 2nd baseman usually plays. Hopefully Tech can repeat Sunday what they did today. Throwing strikes sure makes a big difference. It’s not complicated.

Brooks Roberson has a promising future. Has only to stay healthy, learn from experience, and refine his pitches a little and wow! Unfortunately, the question is, will his future remain in Ruston?

Luke Nichols, who has been struggling, looked really good yesterday.

DBU's lineup is loaded with good hitters, to hold them to 3 runs is a nice accomplishment.

I could be mistaken (but I doubt it ) as of right now DBU is 12-5 and Tech is 11-5, so actually we are NOT even in first place. Better look again. Now, a win today puts us a 1/2 game in front of DBU and WKU has lost twice to FIU, so a loss today by them will leave us alone in first place.

Jax State is beating lousy SHSU like a drum. How the hell did we lose to SHSU? They suck! I guess we can say....that's baseball!

WKU got swept by FIU, now 11-7, Kennesaw State will be 12-6, Sam Houston State clobbered Jax State today! I reversed-jinxed them by saying they suck! (which they do). Looking like we'll be 11-6 and DBU will be alone in 1st place at 13-5 after this weekend.

As usual you failed to respond to my challenge for you to explain how your constant negative comments and your elation when the Dawgs lose is helping matters one iota. Apparently your "the glass is always half empty" approach is just part of your DNA and you are helpless to alter it.
