The main problem with the La-state-T-ech logo is that it's a hideous abomination. Other than that, it doesn't scale well, but that's not the problem here (it's just that's it's horribly ugly).

If you take that factor out, you could use it I guess.

I do always like the shoulder stripes in the end zones.

It really bugs me when online or TV they use it in a square aspect ratio and all you see is ATE

Not a fan. The State T should stand alone. Also, transparent end zones?

The La[StateT]ech was the worst thing to come from the Dooley era.

- LATECH in left endzone.
- BULLDOGS in right endzone.
- Original State T (designed by Coach Lambright in center (not the revised logo done by a couple of marketing overachievers back in Dooley's days.)
- New SBC logos

Didn't we have stars in the endzones at one time? My memory is fading the older I get (no remarks from the peanut gallery), but I seem to remember that. Someone old enough to remember comment please.

Looked up some old band tapes, in the endzone we had "TECH" with a blue star on each side. In the 90s they replaced the stars with dog paws.
