I believe she is the best womens FT shooter in NCAA history. I could be wrong about that, but I seem to remember hearing that fact and the stats to back it.
Kenny Cooper. He is a beast. I saw some of the 3 on 3 drills they were doing and he just powered his way to the basket while double teamed. Given it isn't like he was going against anyone close to his size but he was doing a good job.
I was impressed with Olu. He was the last player off the court and even before he left he made sure to help one of the coaches kids slam dunk a ball.
Yea. Magnum was there but I didn't stay long enough to see much. I believe he and Kenny were lined up in the same 3 on 3 group (on the same team). The only thing I noticed in my short time there was Magnum is really skinny. I hope he can put on a little weight. We don't need him to be a big bruiser like Kenny but a little more weight will help him be a great 2nd man in the paint.
I can't even imagine seeing to 6'10" guys on our court. The future is bright for our dunkin' dawgs!

So, I guess we are already preparing for next year. Did any big guys, who are actually going to play this year, look good?
I went to practice today for about an hour. At one point, they split into guards and posts and only Cooper, Smith, and Brandon (Mims?) went to work with coach Condy down low. Cooper looked real good, but at one point coach Condy had to remind Mims to dribble when making a move to the middle for a jump hook. He took three steps without dribbling. Smith looks like he is ready to have steady senior year.
There was a juco guard that looked pretty good. I think his name is Lowe or Loe; he was very fast and looked to have some pretty good skills. Does anyone know anything about him?

I believe he's been playing in Oregon...could be wrong.

Enjoyed practice Sat. Looks like they have been conditioning well. I was also impressed when they made mistakes Coach had them run lines, the guys didn't seem to get down on each other about it. Just ran their lines and went back to work. Very professional like. Looks like we are in for some fun times in the TAC.
i saw some of the practice saturday prior to the boise state game. it did look very organized, not a lot of yelling, screaming, and chaos. it was smoothly run.
on latechsports.com, there is no listing of the roster anywhere that i could find. i was trying to figure out who is who...#31 can really shoot, but i'm not sure anyone else can consistently from the perimeter. #'s 50, 21, 42...big and fairly athletic looking, but #50 was tired at the end. all in all, it looked good.
