hasn't been answered yet so i'll ask this time...

is anybody SURE that the dawghouse will have the game on? i would think that they would... but i don't want to make the drive for nothing. just would rather watch it in ruston than monroe.

I want to be sure. There is no way to get this game online, right? It is either through cable (mine does not offer it) or ESPN Gameplan (I have a friend with Satellite, so can order it there). No way to purchase and watch by computer. Someone correct me, if I am mistaken. I am outside of Louisiana.

By the way, she is a Southeastern Louisiana grad. Sometimes I think that Texas is just made up of Louisiana grads that have migrated West.

Direct TV is showing in on Channel 777 on Gameplan and I have called twice and they say it's not blacked out. ???????

I love my direct tv and my Tivo. Only problem is, the announcers usually are bad and I like to listen to Nitz. Due to the delay, Nitz is shouting TOUCHDOWN BULLDAWGS! when P Jackson is still on the five yard line. I hope that happens alot tonight.:icon_wink:

Yep, I've tried to watch TV while listening to Dave several times over the years. The two to three second delay drives me nuts. Closing your eyes during the plays helps (especially during the Bicknell years), but it kind of defeats the purpose.:icon_wink:

You can't just pull it up on ESPN's web-site and watch it?? Thats what espn360 is. It isn't a channel. It's on their web-site and it is free.

According to what I saw, you have to subscribe to ESPN360 in conjunction with your local cable provider. They are still showing COX, but Suddenlink has bought out COX in Natchitoches. The message I got, from ESPN360's website, was, sorry, no can do, COX doesn't provide ESPN360 service.

Really? I thought you watched it on your computer. You might be right. I have gameplan so I will watch it there. I'll do some investigating.
