My Dad talks about Greasy Bills all the time. It may be the same place but he tells me of some place where the guy kept his money out on a table and you just paid and made your own change.

Ok, here's what we do. When we're in Ruston ... even just for a day ... we make at least one stop at Dowling's to eat in. Then on the way back to Fort Worth, we'll order up 4-6 scatterloads to go ... along with any pies they have remaining. The trick is not to have them steam the sandwiches you get to go. Take them home, cover them with a damp paper towel and microwave for about 1-min. Thats about as good as it gets out here!

I'm talking every stinkin' time we're in Ruston, too! When I'm in town by myself, I don't even think about heading back to Texas without a scatterload for the wife. Colombians know how to use knives you know!

    Mmmm Mmmmm ... scatterload ....

Does anyone know the status of the Atlantis family fun center (bowling alley, laser lag, etc.) that was suppose to open this summer in The Cedars development?

Atlantis is not being built. The entire development has been scratched.

So does that mean that you and your former partners might be interested in rehashing the idea of doing it yourself?

Everything is good but my favorite is also the rib and cheese sandwich. It's incredible.

Do yourself a favor try the scatterload as well.

Then, you can make an informed decision.

I personally prefer the scatterload but the rib and cheese is mighty, mighty good.

Maybe the guy, the one who was working with Brunswick, who first dropped out will come back into play. For the residents of Ruston, I hope so, but I can assure you it was not me!

honestly, we went bowling in Bossier this weekend. I havent been in years mainly because there were no real nice paces to go. anyway, walked in and was wow'ed at how many people were in there at 2:30pm on saturday. my 5 year old bowled for the first time and LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD it. I hate to know i will have to continue drive an hour just to get to a fairly nice place to do it again.
