We don't have kids of our own yet, but many of my friends do, and it seems to me that children require a large amount of energy to deal with. Granted, most of my evidence for this is anecdotal rather than statistical, but there does seem to be a marked pattern of exhaustion among parents of small children.

Mine are all in the early to late 20's and they're still exhausting. That said, I would still have them over and over again if given the option a second or third time.

I was told today that I'm now the lead mechanical for the SIGI (Space Integrated GPS/INS) product line, whereas previously I was only responsible for individual programs.
I'm addicted to Necco conversation hearts.
Sadly, though, I've found traditional Necco wafers to be a poor substitute. For some reason, they just don't taste the same to me.
Anyway, picked up my bag of 50% off candy at Walmart today. I've had to force myself to cut back to just one 16 oz bag per year.
