Those metal screen things on the columns are what they use on the stairwells at the UP Apartments. They look kinda cool when there is another screen behind it, and you are moving. It kinda plays games with your brain. Not sure how good it's gonna look sitting stationary in a stadium. We'll find out tomorrow, though. From the renderings, I thought it was going to be solid metal, but now I realize that would be an engineering nightmare on windy days.

Looks pretty cool to me! The name Dawgzilla might get old, but it can always be replaced at some point. I like it!
By doing it this way Tech can give Community Trust some added marketing love and then come back later with the logo . . .. or maybe another wrap.

I was just told that the picture Matt Lange took of porter crushing the football is what is in the background. I was trying to figure out what it was, but would never have guessed that. I think it would be cool if that pic was more visible. Maybe it is more visible if you are there.
I have no problems at all with it, I figure the other side is more important to me.
Yeah, the original image is much more impressive than the faded-background image that is on the banner. A really great piece of photography. Maybe someone can post a link to the original image.
I was pretty sure that was the image they were using, but I had no idea about the whole "dawgzilla" thing. Not too sure what to make of it, honestly. I was thinking they were using that image with "The Time Is Now!" below it. Overall though I like it. Much better than just leaving the back of the board blank.
Now that's funny right there.
