Article said it was on land owned by James Davison there off the south service road. Was being built/owned? by Shane Morrison, the guy who built Celebrity Theatre, etc., on the other side. Closest one to here is in Hammond.

Jason Gisclaire, the owner of WOW is opening Santa Fe. I think it will be close if not where Al Flowers Yamaha was.

techfan01, I'm sure you're correct. The RDL just said the owner was Shane Morrison on Davison's land. I'm sure they're all interrelated somehow.

No, the old Al Flowers Yamaha was bought by Karl Malone Properties and has recently been sold to Danny and Ronnie Graham (owners of Lincoln Builders.) The building is being cleared out and the property is being cleaned up. They are going to tear down the existing building, build a new building, and the current agreement has an AT&T Wireless location leasing the new building.
The Santa Fe Cattle Company location is supposed to be at the top of the South Service Road (when your traveling east.) If you normally turn left to take the new bridge towards Wal-Mart, then the new road the city is building (that is not open yet) is on your right. The steakhouse is going to be built somewhere in this general location right off the service road.
Of course, all these plans could change but I talk to people every day that are somehow in the business of loaning money, acquiring land, or building buildings and this is the latest information that I have been told.
As far as the location where Tractor Supply is going I have not heard of anything else definitive that is going down there. If I hear more, I will let ya'll know.

So what's this about Tractor Supply? Who is that and where is it going to be? Darn, I was hoping for more "fun" things for us girls to shop for along there than tractors. :icon_wink:
I ate at RAW last night. Really good. The Tech roll is spectacular.

What kind of food does RAW serve? Who opened it?

The Tech roll is $10. I don't remember what sushi I had at 102, but it was incredible. I would say RAW is comparable and definitely worth going.
I heard that the owners of Samurai in Monroe opened RAW, but not sure.
