I just recently acquired an 870 pump as well. Notice, I said acquired. Apparently, it was left behind by whoever lived in the house I just moved into.

I have a NIB Glock 30 w/ all the usual stuff that comes with a Glock; it is a 10-shot compact model. It has never been fired.

I bought it because the store was going out of business and had it for sale at $500.00. A quick survey found that it was going at Academy for $60 more, Gander Mountain for $90 more, and my usual cheap priced gun store for $160 more.

I'll sell it for the $540 I have in it. I didn't buy it because I wanted or needed it...I bought it because it was an orphan that needs a good home!

I just saw this one today at Academy selling for $579 plus tax. At the College Station Gander Mountain, it was running $599 plus tax.

It is still NIB and only $540 with no tax.

My duty pistol is a Glock 22, I can honestly say that Glock is the best thing to happen to Law Enforcement since the Remington 870. Though my next gun is gonna be a O/U 12g shotgun. We are getting close to dove season.:icon_wink:

Just picked up my 45-70 Govt.. I bought it so I don't have to use my muzzleloader and clean it after every hunt. The bullets are scary-big. Anybody ever shoot one of these things and does anybody have any buffalo or elephants running around their back forty?

I'm looking at a used(Sheriff's Dept) Glock 22 selling at $330 with a 15rd mag and a new carring case... There are a few available. I'd like a nice 22 pistol for target shooting.

If anyone out here has a Thompson Center Contender, I have a few barrels I would like to sell. 357 Maxim, 22 Hornet, 218 Bee and 7mm TCU (223 necked up to 7mm).

I bought this from my Dad, I think he just bought barrels with no thought as to what he would do with them. I am keeping the 44 mag, 223 and 22lr.

There are places (del ton I think, just google it) that will send you everything but the stripped lower. Everything but the lower can be shipped straight to your house. You can get a stripped lower for less than $130. The kits are around $450 I think. Order two and put lightnin on a payment plan!
