There isn't one on California anymore, they tore it down and moved the Taco Bell there. The one on campus and the one across from Super 1 are terrible.

I will NEVER go in the BK by Super One again . Seriously, that place and Wendys in Ruston are the worst fast food places for service and food quality ever!

Hands down, THE WORST BK I've ever been to. The service and quality is absolutely horrible.

Absolutely!!!! The service is atrocious. But the main reason I refuse to go is b/c of the LSU schedules they were handing out a few years ago. In RUSTON!!!

I have to disagree with you about Wendys. I would go as far as to say they have the best service and quality in town. I have only been there once or twice when it wasnt awesome service.

totally agree, freak'n horrible. seems like whenever i place an order they're out of something. Seems like bad service might be the same for all BK's. Havent had much luck at the one by the office on 165 South or the one in Bossier on the Exit before Airline. I'll go M or W before i go to any of those.

While we're griping about the bad fast food places, let me add McDonald's on the service road. We hardly ever eat at any McDonald's but got into going there a few times last summer for an ice-cream cone. Went back at least 3, if not 4, times toward the end of last summer and fall. Ice-cream machine was never working. So we went Sunday afternoon a week ago thinking surely it's fixed by now. Nope, still not working, so we went to Sonic. This past Sunday, for my Mother's Day treat (big whoop) I called before we went. No, still not working, and again we went to Sonic. Why on earth can't they fix it or get a new machine? It's been a freaking year almost since I've been there and it's worked. If I knew who the owner was, I would certainly complain, although I did complain to their district manager last summer. Obviously that did a lot of good.

my son is all about the happy meal so we go there pretty often. he also likes the race car and the train that runs around the dining area. Service has been pretty good but that place "stanks" and its usually hot in there. Got him to go to the one in the south part of town this weekend since it is usually cleaner. well, it had a guy sleeping at a table, several tables that needed a good wiping down and took FOREVER to get our food. I think they must have had to chase down the chickens before cook'n them. Even my son was getting ticked off. Guess i need to go back to Canes to get some quality service to offset the bad we've had.

They probably get so much one-time business off of the interstate because of brand name that they probably shrug their shoulder about satisfying the locals.

I came in town last weekend and ate at Sundown (might have already talked about it on this thread but). My friend got fried Mac & cheese. Freakin awesome. Got a turkey sandwich. Awesome. I really miss eating at that place.

I was trapped in the Minden BK drive thru for 32 minutes.... at 3:15 in the afternoon. THAT is one dump that I will never visit again. All that for a $1 double cheeseburger.

I do think that our Burger King in Minden may have it hands down for the worst on earth, particularly the drive-thru. The "no-escape" drive-thru is one of the worst parts. Haven't been in a while but for a long time they automatically asked you to "pull-up" to wait for your order. The weird part is that you 'pull-up" for about 10 feet and they did it even when you were the only one in line. Really, really bad service.

I cannot eat fast-food hambugers anymore. However, McD's has a Mocha Frappe frozen coffee drink that is extremely good and high in calories.
