“It’s a great experience seeing them play. It was a good atmosphere. The fans stood up the whole game and never sat down. They have a great fan base.”
Yeah. The liberty ale took a few sips for me to get adjusted to(Bud/Coors/Miller Light taste buds), but I think I like it.
I have had the Pacifico before. I really like it. Better than Corona and Dos Equis.
Guinness....the verdict is still out. Didn't have much of a flavor to me.??

Yeah, Guinness is kind of a generic tasting stout to me; nothing really compels me to order it anymore. I greatly prefer the imperial stouts (such as the Russian Imperial Stouts). Way more flavor. Also really love the coffee stouts, but they are also usually an imperial stout with coffee solids added.

Try a black and tan with Guinness - pretty good

Guinness served ice cold will have even less flavor. DH's Chicory Stout is okay. I have some in my beer fridge right now. I prefer Terrapin Coffee Oatmeal Imperial Stout, Founder's KBS, and Great Divide's Espresso Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout. The first two are seasonals. The Terrapin will be available soon (I have some in stock), and the Founder's will be available in February.

Guinness should be served room temp./chilled?
I love the AS Liberty. Pacifico is decent- if there is such a thing as a decent Mexican beer besides Negro Modelo. Shiner Blonde is on my list as a semi-frequent lawnmower. Anchor Steam is good with some heavy shellfish dishes or lighter pasta. Couldn't give a crap about Guinness. I'm all about room-temp MOA Noir as far as the dark beers go. I have found nothing better to pair with Chili or Gumbo than the MOA Noir besides maybe Young's Double Choc Stout or maybe a well brewed Total Disorder Porter (Dallas/Ft Worth area micro).
“Towie Barclay of the Glen, Happy to the maids, But never to the men.”
Around the Shreveport/Ruston area, where's the best place to get these "rare" beers?
