I guess you don't know that congress must pass a law and the president is to enforce it. Until congress passes a law like deferred action for illegals and the president signs it, the president does not have the latitude not to enforce existing law. Existing law is to deport all illegals that do not have an asylum case. That's not my spin, that's what the supreme court said when they ruled Obama broke the law and DACA was illegal. The president does have some leeway when enforcing law but he cant make shit up out of thin air and say it is the law of the land.
This wont matter one bit if Hillary is elected. The rule of law is almost totally gone for criminal offenses, unless its a conservative or religious person. A 5-4 liberal court and you can kiss the second amendment goodbye and the fact that a president does not enforce current law will be moot. Hillary will legalize 20 million if she has to individually grant each amnesty to go around congress and a liberal court will see it as justice not illegal.
