How to create a social state by Saul Alinsky:

There are eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create, a social state. The first is the most important:

1. Healthcare — Control healthcare and you control the people.
2. Poverty —Increase the Poverty level as high as possible; poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3. Debt — Increase the debt to an^. unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4. Gun Control— Remove the ability to defend themselves from the government. That way you are able to create a police state.
5. Welfare — Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income).

It's just not the party of handouts and a lot of black mentality is they are owed something by the government. Republicans look at people as individuals, not groups. They would have to betray a lot of prunciples to appeal to that way of thinking. It will take a change in mentality from blacks before they realize the Republican worldview.

I don't believe that, but I also can't explain how 99% of ANY group can vote the same way. That seems to defy the law of averages. Why don't 99% of whites vote the same way?

What do you think, Woof? How can that many people be that like-minded? My experience is that if you polled the nation of whether heat is hot or not about 10% would say heat is not hot. There always seems to be some diversity in opinion.

1% to trump is not the same as 99% to hillary. sounds like the black voters thoughtful enough to know hillary is terrible also know that trump is terrible.
