Mmmmm.no. Libertarian’s support changing the law. But I would describe myself as an independent, pragmatic version of a libertarian. Libertarianism is ultimately too idealized to achieve its goals.

And in case you missed the point, to suggest that a person of color has some level of obligation to go back to the country of their ethnic heritage smacks of racism - as it suggests that they are somehow less entitled to the benefits of being American than a white person, such as the President’s own wife. I don’t really follow the MSM that closely. But if the MSM is saying what I am saying, then it is probably because it is true.

I have a problem with politicians politicizing criminal enforcements of individuals. A mass enforcement rollout was designed to make a splash with a voting base. It was about a symbolic boogeyman and the parallels to Hitler are kind of hard to ignore.

Based upon friends of mine who are Border Patrol officers and DHS tell me that there is a crisis at the border, I tend to believe them and not CNN when they say it's a made up or symbolic boogeyman. They have more credibility as far as I'm concerned.

As far as politicians politicizing criminal enforcements of individuals, I have a problem with politicians politicizing the ignoring of laws. They all swore an oath to uphold the law when they took office. Yet they are using these people as political pawns to try to gain sympathy. They truly don't care about these people coming here other than they are potential votes one day.

Sorry, Republicans have ceded the right to talk about ignoring the law or the rule of law when they refuse to hold Trump accountable to the law. Republicans only want to use the law against minorities.
