The article was deliberately misleading. The article says this was the result of a human adjudication by a panel of people. Which is what I described - you have representatives of both parties determining voter intent for ballots that can’t be scanned.

Voter intent is clear here. If you look at every other race, the voter used check marks. And they voted Democrat everywhere. The check mark is by Biden. A scribble out is next to Trump. This is exactlyg why they do adjudication. You might call this “altering” a ballot, but really they created a new ballot and darkened the circles where the voter had check marks.

Man, I can't believe that sane Americans would have voted for a candidate with dementia, which was obvious, for POTUS. The only reasonable answer is voter fraud. We all saw that late arriving ballots, etc., were illegally and fraudulently counted.
