*Louisiana Tech is the favorite to replace Texas State in Sun Belt.
*What's next for Memphis?
*What's CUSA ripple?

$20 Million Salary Cap!

Jun 09, 2025 - 8:26 AM - by dawg80
Am I to understand schools can pay athletes up to a combined $20 million? If so, this is the end of schools like Tech competing in Division I or whatever they choose to call it. And, it should be. Go back to the true mission of universities: education. Can still support athletics but at a lower, much more sensible level. And Tech won't be alone; scores of schools will choose to return to common sense.
